1) Who we are

2) Acceptance of terms

By creating a BeeBridge account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not register or use the account. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Eligibility & account creation

• You confirm you are at least 18 years old and acting for a business or as an adult consumer where permitted.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.

• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account at our discretion (including KYC/AML checks, fraud prevention, or policy breaches).

4) Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may require password resets, multi-factor authentication, and other safeguards.

5) Permitted use

You may use your account to browse products, place orders, access order history, manage shipments, and communicate with us. You must not:

• interfere with site security or attempt to access accounts or data of others;

• use automated scraping, spamming, or malicious code;

• misrepresent identity, company affiliation, or authorization to purchase.

6) Orders, pricing, and availability

• Creating an account does not guarantee product availability, price, or acceptance of any order.

• We may correct errors (including pricing/description) and cancel or refuse orders before dispatch.

7) Shipping, customs & import

• You authorize us and our logistics partners to process and share data necessary for fulfillment, export/import, and delivery.

• You are responsible for providing accurate import details and for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, and re-delivery fees where not otherwise indicated.

8) Payments & invoicing

• You agree to pay all charges, taxes, and fees associated with your orders using approved payment methods.

• Invoice financing or bank arrangements (if any) are subject to separate terms with the relevant institutions.

9) Returns, refunds & cancellations

Perishables and regulated goods are limited or excluded except for damage/defect on arrival as detailed in that policy.

By creating an account, you acknowledge this policy. Marketing emails/SMS are sent only with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

11) Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, trademarks, logos, and software) is owned by BeeBridge or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you: (a) violate these Terms, (b) engage in fraud or unlawful activity, (c) pose security or operational risks, or (d) fail to cooperate with reasonable verification checks. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; closure does not affect existing orders, fees, or rights accrued.

13) Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the site and account features are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that defects will be corrected.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeBridge is not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business; (c) delays or failures beyond our reasonable control (including carrier delays, customs actions, or regulatory holds). Our total liability for any claim relating to your account will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BeeBridge harmless against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the account, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

16) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

17) Electronic communications & records

You consent to receive communications electronically (email, account notifications) and to the use of electronic signatures and records for your transactions with us.

18) Changes to services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any account feature or the site (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice, provided such changes do not unlawfully affect your statutory rights for completed purchases.

19) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
