Returns & Refund Policy — BeeBridge Ltd.

Overview

BeeBridge operates as a B2B European food export partner. Due to the nature of our products and international logistics, returns and refunds are strictly limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Standard retail-style returns do not apply to most BeeBridge shipments.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns may only be considered if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition
• The product remains in original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or Purchase Order) is provided
• The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

All return requests must be approved by BeeBridge before any goods are shipped back.


Non-Returnable Products

Due to regulatory and sanitary constraints, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods (including all food, seafood, meat, dairy, honey, and POAO products)
• Temperature-controlled shipments
• Custom-packed or private label products
• Opened, used, or altered items
• Products requiring sanitary certification
• Hazardous or regulated materials


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In limited cases, partial refunds may be issued where:

• Goods arrive damaged and are documented upon receipt
• Items are incomplete due to confirmed logistics error
• Product quality deviates from agreed specification (subject to verification)

All claims must be supported with:

• Photographic evidence
• Delivery documentation
• Immediate notification (within 48 hours of receipt)


Refund Process

Once a claim is reviewed and approved:

• BeeBridge will confirm acceptance or rejection in writing
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time depends on banking and trade finance channels


Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not been received:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Discounted or special pricing shipments are non-refundable, unless a defect or compliance issue is confirmed.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only considered where:

• The product is defective
• The product is damaged prior to delivery

Approved exchanges will be coordinated through BeeBridge logistics channels.


Shipping Returns

Returns are only accepted if formally approved.

If approved:

• Goods must be shipped to the designated BeeBridge facility
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return freight may be deducted from any approved refund

For high-value shipments, trackable and insured transport is strongly recommended.

BeeBridge does not guarantee receipt of returned goods without proper documentation and tracking.


Important Note (Export Goods)

Most BeeBridge shipments involve:

• International freight
• Sanitary certification
• Regulated food products

Once goods have cleared export and entered destination markets, returns are generally not feasible.

All transactions are therefore expected to be validated before shipment.
